The Lower Deck is capable of holding up to 10 guests on a waterside deck overlooking the restaurant and stunning views of Dell Quay Harbour.
Equipped with french doors, walls and, if needed, heating. The Lower Deck has you covered no matter what the weather.
We shared a ‘Chef’s Table’ evening event with two other couples.
This was the most fabulous evening: the food and wine were superlative and we were guided through each dish by the pub’s Head Chef and wine expert. I cannot praise the evening too highly. It was such fun to dine with like-minded strangers and share the most beautifully presented seafood…. and how do they do scallops like that? Fabulous!

Chef’s Table
We have been here a few times now, and it’s always amazing. The team is just delightful and always friendly and helpful. This time, we reserved for a friends birthday and it did not disappoint! Food, as always, was delicious and fresh. The seafood chowder was a hit with 2 of our party in particular. I had a whole fish, which was just incredible. Thank you, Crown and Anchor team, for the surprise ‘happy birthday’ to serenade the birthday girl. It topped off a memorable evening.

Birthday Supper
Yes we do have a small car park.
However this does fill up quick, so turn up early to bagsie a space. Otherwise you are more than welcome to park along the lane – where there are no double yellow lines (as the parking warden does come often – even weekends and bank holidays.)
