We ask that you do not park on double yellow lines (the parking wardens do visit – even on weekends and bank holidays) and that you are considerate to children, dogs and our neighbours that may be walking along the road.

Are you dog-friendly?
Yes – we are dog friendly throughout.
We even have dog treats at the bar for your four legged friends.
Do you have a car park?
Yes, we do have a car park – a pretty small one, to be honest. You (and your guests) will be able to find plenty of on-street parking up the lane.
We just ask you to avoid the double-yellow lines and are considerate of any children, dogs and neighbours.
What is the Salt Shack?
Our Salt Shack is here to scorch, sear and steam the best (sustainably sourced) food from Britain’s land & sea.
Your food is cooked to order, and so may be brought to you (pun intended) in waves – not altogether.
How do we book a table?

Just pop through an enquiry via our website and we can get you booked in.
Is there a maximum party size?
As we are oldie-woldie (we like to say characterful) space is limited in some areas – our maximum party size is 12 persons.
Can i book a window table?
Window tables are limited so we cannot guarantee when booking.
However, the earlier you book in advance the more chance you have of securing a table near to a window.
Do you book tables outside?
Our outside tables are first come, first served.
Just turn up and our friendly crew will help you find a table as quickly as possible.
